Student Membership

• 1. ND I and II, NCE I-II,100 and 200 Level students.
• 2. Undergraduate students who have been admitted to candidacy may be admitted as student members for a period of not more than five years after admission to candidacy.
• TOTAL (₦) 10,000

Graduate Membership

• 1. An undergraduate (300 and 400 levels, HND 1 and II, and NCE III. NYSC members and fresh graduates.
• 2. Holders of first degrees in any field shall be eligible for membership.
• 3. The Institute may define other associated/allied areas from time to time.
• 4. Seasoned politicians who possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and who have attained the status of at least Director of recognised companies shall also be eligible for membership.
• TOTAL (₦) 20,000

Associate Membership (ACPEL)

• 1. A holder of an HND/B.Sc./BA/Bed/BTECH (or its equivalent) with minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience or postgraduate degree(s) .
• 2. Holders of master’s degrees in any field shall be eligible for membership.
• 3. The Institute may define other associated/allied areas from time to time.
• 4. Seasoned politicians who possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and who have attained the status of at least Director of recognised companies shall also be eligible for membership.
• TOTAL (₦) 35,000

Full Membership (MCPEL)

• 1. A holder of an HND/B.Sc./BA/Bed/BTECH (or its equivalent) with minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience or postgraduate degree(s) with 3 years post-graduation experience.
• 2. Holders of Master’s degrees in in any field shall be eligible for membership.
• 3. The Institute may define other associated/allied areas from time to time.
• 4. Seasoned politicians who possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and who have attained the status of at least Executive Director of recognised companies shall also be eligible for membership.
• TOTAL (₦) 65,000

Senior Membership (SCPEL)

• 1. A holder of Master’s Degree (or its equivalent) with minimum of 10 years post-graduation experience.
• 2. Holders of doctorate degrees in any field shall be eligible for membership.
• 3. Academics without doctorate degrees but who attain the status of tenured Professor in any of the areas of entrepreneurship and management as defined in this constitution may be eligible for admission to membership.
• 4. Academics without doctorate degrees but who attain the status of a director may be eligible for admission to membership..
• TOTAL (₦) 105,000

Fellowship (FCPEL)

• 1. Holder of an approved academic qualification who has creditably held a senior management position for a period of not less than 8 years. Fellows of the Institute shall be elected from among its members who have made significant contributions to the development of entrepreneurship education and practice;
• 2. No fellow shall be below the rank of tenured Professor or Chief Executive of a recognised company, provided that in the case of a Chief Executive Officer, he/she must be a holder of a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3. Fellows shall be elected from among the list recommended by the Committee.
• TOTAL (₦) 210,000

Honourary Fellowship (Hon.FCPEL)

• 1. This shall be a top national or international dignitary or a person who has been in continuous employment of a reputable organization in a management position not less than 15 years.
• 2. Honourary Fellowship may be conferred on any distinguished entrepreneurship educator or professional who, in the opinion of the Institute, has contributed significantly to the development of entrepreneurship education and/or practice in the country.
• 3. Honorary Fellows shall be elected from among the list recommended by the Committee.
• TOTAL (₦) 250,000
